The International ELITE Carpet is designed for use as a complete gymnastics floor surface in training and competition environments.
The overall installed floor size measures 47′ 4 1/2″ (14.4m) square. The central performance area consists of a 39′ 4 1/2″ (12m) square competition carpet, surrounded by a 4′ (1.2m) wide gray carpet border on all sides.
The carpet system is supplied in four sections and utilizes 4″ (10cm) hook fasteners to securely connect the sections and eliminate visible seams across the performance surface.
This carpet is intended for use with compatible foam and subfloor systems and is commonly used for replacement or refurbishment of existing International ELITE floor installations.
