The International ELITE Ring Tower (Adjustable) is designed for elite-level gymnastics training and competition environments.

This ring tower is FIG approved and meets USAG, NCAA, and NFHS competition specifications. The structure is engineered to provide the support and controlled rebound required for advanced ring routines while maintaining stability during powerful swings.

A spring-loaded swivel assembly at the top of the tower helps reduce impact forces transmitted to the athlete’s shoulders and back, supporting consistent training and performance.

The tower requires a minimum floor-to-ceiling height of 20′ 3″ (617cm) and has a footprint of approximately 18′ x 13′ (5.5m x 4m). Facilities should ensure adequate clearance and consult applicable governing body rules when planning installation.

This ring tower may be used with a compatible freestanding ring adapter. Installation requires four floor anchors, which are not included.

Manufacturer recommendation: American Athletic, Inc. strongly recommends that gymnastics rings be replaced every three years to help reduce the possibility of ring breakage due to increased impact loads from modern ring elements.
