AAI’s Power ELITE™ Spring Deck is a multi-ply, single-layer gymnastics spring floor designed to provide a strong yet responsive feel for athletes. This floor is built for use from training through high-level competition.

The Power ELITE™ Spring Deck utilizes a layered construction engineered to deliver consistent rebound, shock absorption, and long-term durability.

Floor Construction (by Layers)

• Layer One: AAI Plush Floor Exercise Carpet
• Layer Two: 2 1/4" FIG dual-density puzzle-cut foam
• Layer Three: 15mm Baltic Birch wood panels
• Layer Four: AAI Power Spring system connected to the Baltic Birch

The deck panels are connected using 18" aluminum channels and a hook-and-loop connection system to ensure consistent performance across the entire floor surface.

The Power ELITE™ Spring Deck can be purchased as a deck only or as part of a complete floor system.

• Deck only: Spring deck components only
• Complete floor system: Includes spring deck, carpet, skirt, and corner mats (foam not included)

To create a complete floor system, AAI recommends using 2" foam or high-density EVA foam.
