The Balance Beam Prep Mat is designed to provide light cushioning and protection during training on balance beams or when used directly on the floor.
This prep mat features a non-slip bottom to help keep the mat in place during use and a brushed polyester knit top surface.
A 1/2" thick closed cell sponge core provides cushioning while maintaining flexibility, allowing the mat to contour to equipment surfaces as needed.
