The TAC/10 Vault Trainer is a versatile vault training system designed to support progressive skill development in gymnastics programs. This system allows athletes and coaches to replicate vault table training while maintaining a safer, lower training height.
The vault trainer features a contoured and crowned surface designed to simulate the feel of a vault table. The detachable head allows athletes to train advanced skills at a reduced height, while the middle section can be used independently as a spotting block.
This system includes an additional 10 cm block, allowing the vault trainer to reach the men’s regulation vault height of 54 9/16 inches (135 cm) when assembled. Components are constructed with dense foam cores and durable vinyl covers for stability and longevity in daily training environments.
