The AURA Training Pod is designed to support the teaching and development of pommel horse skills in gymnastics training environments.

This training pod utilizes the same soft vinyl cover material used on the AAI Pommel Buck, providing a smooth feel suitable for repeated hand contact during skill development.

The pod features a removable top marked with an “X” to indicate proper hand placement, assisting athletes and coaches during training drills. The top measures 25 inches in diameter and the overall height of the pod is 18 inches.

The AURA Training Pod is recognized as an official pommel training pod for Level 4, 5, and 6 competition and is intended for use in gymnastics facilities focused on progressive pommel skill instruction.
