This version features a TAC/10 cover material that provides excellent grip, durability, and easy cleaning for high-use training settings.

The pod includes a removable top marked with an “X” to indicate proper hand placement, assisting athletes and coaches during skill instruction. The top measures 25 inches in diameter and the overall height of the pod is 18 inches.

The TAC/10 Training Pod is recognized as an official pommel training pod for Level 4, 5, and 6 competition and is intended for use in gymnastics facilities focused on progressive pommel skill development.
